John Simpson

Born and raised in a small town in Pennsylvania, I spent 20 years serving in the U.S. Army as an Airborne Infantryman—a career that ultimately brought me to Alaska, the place I now proudly call home.

​

I've been cutting trees for most of my life, but it was working on my own property that led me into contract climbing and, eventually, the professional tree care industry. I have completed both basic and advanced arborist training and am fully equipped to safely prune or remove any tree. As a lifelong student of arboriculture, I continuously seek to expand my knowledge and refine my skills. I take great pride in my work and look forward to being your trusted arborist.

Beyond tree care, I’ve spent over 20 years repairing small engines—a longtime passion that I always dreamed of turning into a business. Over the past several years, I’ve provided service calls throughout Anchorage and the Matsu Valley, repairing snowblowers, lawnmowers, and other small machines. I understand how frustrating it can be when equipment fails, and my goal is to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

When I’m not working, I enjoy the Alaskan outdoors through hunting and fishing. Most importantly, I cherish my role as a husband and father, spending quality time with my wife and children.
